TVO Media Education Group
At Ontario’s largest public broadcaster TVO, Vicky managed the paid and organic social media and brand strategy. TVO reaches more than 15 million Ontarians, serving almost 40% of Canada’s English speaking population.
Vicky worked across four sub-brands including TVO kids, TVO ILC, TVO Today, and TVO Learn, a partner of the Government of Ontario’s Ministry of Education. Notably, she successfully launched The Thread, an audience-led social media journalism project, informed by Artificial Intelligence.
At TVO, Vicky implements the digital-first strategic plan by increasing brand relevance for Canadians aged 25-45 years old. This includes a robust content strategy and targeted channel offerings through Instagram and YouTube. TVO The Thread’s social channels reached over 1.4 M users and over 20K organic engagements in the first six months.
